A journey of food, people & passion.

Dalle’s Thakali Pan Asian Restaurant was born from a simple belief — food is more than a meal; it carries culture, memories, identity and stories.

The founder’s professional journey began with McDonald’s in 1998, an experience that helped shape a lasting respect for quality standards, consistency, hygiene, service and attention to detail. Those principles continue to influence the way Dalle’s approaches food and hospitality today.

A passionate Traveller and Food Enthusiast, the founder has experienced food and hospitality across different places and cultures, bringing those experiences back into the kitchen. As a Song Writer and Musician, creativity and expression have always been part of the journey — and Dalle’s reflects that same spirit through its food, atmosphere and stories.

Recipes are developed with a respect for authenticity while allowing room for a personal touch — what we call the Dalle’s Touch: food prepared with care, character, love and passion.

The founder is also an Educator for the Foundation for a Drug-Free World, supporting education and awareness around living a drug-free life. This commitment is reflected in Dalle’s identity as a Place Without Alcohol — a welcoming environment where families, travellers and friends can enjoy food, conversation and music without alcohol being part of the experience.

What started in a home kitchen has grown into a woman-led brand loved by customers across India. Every jar is made in small batches with no added preservatives, so the flavour stays pure, natural and true to its roots.
